Second Chance Independent Living provides a range of services including security alarm system, assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and transportation, in house doctor visits and more.

Second Chance Group Home serves a variety of individuals including intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions, memory issues, addiction issues, and Veterans!

Independent living offers a more autonomous lifestyle with minimal support, while assisted living provides assistance with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and medication management.

  There are many options to pay for treatment:

1. Insurance- Your insurance may pay for all or part of your daughter’s treatment. Often, we can negotiate with your insurance company for full or partial payment of services. It usually depends on your plan and mental health benefits.

2. Family members- Many families have reached out to close family members for help even with partial payment of services. In combination with other options, this can contribute to partial payment.

3. Self Pay- Checking, Debit/Credit cards- We accepts all major credit cards. 

We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
